What does the *overused but essential* term ‘wellbeing’ mean to you?

I like to look at wellbeing holistically, looking after my wellbeing from every aspect; physically, mentally and emotionally + finding what works for me. An ocean swim or listening to music will instantly make me feel energized and more myself.

What does your workout schedule usually look like?

This depends on how my body is feeling each day. I love a good boxing sesh in studio or on Virtual Lean Bean to bust some stress but also love a slow and mindful Pilates burn.

Desert island breakfast, lunch and dinner:

I’m a big brunch girl so i’d go for a big green brekkie salad with eggs, maybe a healthy treat in the arvo like a protein slice and then for dinner- grilled veggies and miso salmon + dark choc and (caffeine free) herbal tea before bed.

Top energy boosting tip?

Sleep 7-9hrs every night, put your phone down more, meditate ( it doesn’t need to be sitting still could be a moving meditation like a swim or walk), movement that aligns with your body and quality time with friends and family (that means going phone free!)
