Our beautiful pilates studio opposite Bondi Beach is bright and clean so you can feel comfortable when doing your thang. One size does not fit all so we offer advanced and beginner modifications as well as options for pre and post natal workouts.

HIIT Play

HIIT / CARDIO / STRENGTH / CONDITION

High intensity cardio bursts interspersed with conditioning exercises. This is one class you're gonna need all the girl power you got. Interval training workouts take the sweat, tone n' burn to the next level, whether it's a 30min express class or the full 45min. follow our lead but rest when you need.

Power Pilates

STRENGTH / CONDITION / ALIGN

A mat pilates class that packs a punch. Using our weapons, the magic circle, ball and resistance bands, we will tone, strengthen and lengthen the body in a mindful flow. An essential class to complement any workout regime that'll benefit your technique by focusing on form and breath. as always, all levels welcomed.

Barre Beans

CARDIO / STRENGTH / STRETCH / CONDITION

A unique, fitness style barre class combining bodyweight and equipment based pilates exercises in a seamless flow of good-ouch. Barre beans classes are designed to condition the body from within, challenge your balance and improve stamina. Good tunes essential, motivational instructor...a given.

Bean Circuit

STRENGTH / CONDITION

Our hugely popular strength class takes the pace down and the heart rate up. using resistance equipment, you'll instantly feel the burn moving from one body part to the next. We encourage you to take it slow to challenge you both physically and mentally.

Mixed Beans

CARDIO / STRENGTH / X + Y

Bring your brother, bezzie, boyf or dad along for free to this sesh and show em' what all the fuss is about. a bodyweight based hiit class that's fun and dynamic, and will challenge everybody, however well trained. We end class with a deep stretch to release tension in the body and leave you feeling de-stressed & energised.

Bean Box

HIIT / CARDIO / CONDITION

A fun, sweat inducing workout combining boxing combo's using hand weights, cardio hiit and plyometric exercises to get your heart rate and metabolism sky high. no prior boxing experience needed, sweat towel and water advised.
