What does the *overused but essential* term ‘wellbeing’ mean to you?
For me it means finding a balance between family/ friends, work and exercise and balancing my diet. I thrive on healthy food + chocolate… lots of chocolate.What does your workout schedule usually look like?At least 4 classes a week (either in studio or on VLB), mainly Bean Strong & Pilates and if I need a bit more- Power Beans or HIIT Play!
Desert island breakfast, lunch and dinner:
Brekkie: We’re all addicted to brekkie smoothies in my house (kids included). Frozen Blueberries, Banana, peanut butter, hemp protein, chia seeds and cashews.
Lunch: Charcoal toast & greens (I blame Good One Bondi Beach for this obsession)
Dinner: Any of my mama’s Palestinian Dishes
Top energy boosting tip?
Prioritize sleep, drink 2 liters of water and don’t take it all too seriously!
