What does the *overused but essential* term ‘wellbeing’ mean to you?

Wellbeing means to me a real understanding of who you are. Being able to listen and nourish your body and mind with what it needs/wants so that you’re able to live a full, healthy and happy life.

What does your workout schedule usually look like?

I’ve taken a bit of a step back with my training. I used to feel like I had to do something everyday but I’ve learnt to listen to what it feels like doing and I honestly don’t stick to the same schedule anymore. I’ve been doing a lot more Pilates and throwing in some HIIT classes when I feel like I want to burn some extra energy!

Desert island breakfast, lunch and dinner:

Breakfast: My healthy pancake recipe I make with frozen mango and raspberries and of course maple syrup hehe

Lunch: Tofu bowl with a whole heap of green veggies, avocado, hummus and a peanut tamari dressing

Dinner: Sundried tomato & pesto pasta

Jump in the ocean! Trust me you’ll never regret it. If you can’t do that, a cold shower will give you *almost* the same sensation.
